Shipping policy

Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with a few restricted areas. If you are unsure about your address, email orders@sanidermis.com before ordering.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of 3 or more units. On single-unit orders it is $6.95.

How fast do you dispatch?
Within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday dispatch on Monday. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are business days from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

United States — 8 to 12 business days
Canada — 9 to 15 business days
United Kingdom — 7 to 10 business days
Australia and New Zealand — 7 to 12 business days
Rest of Europe — 8 to 14 business days
Everywhere else — 12 to 20 business days

These are the times our carrier quotes. Flights, weather and local customs can add days. We would rather tell you twelve and deliver in eight than the other way round.

Customs and import charges
International orders may occasionally attract import duty or tax on arrival. Where that happens the charge is set by your country, not by us, and it is the recipient's responsibility.

Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email orders@sanidermis.com within 12 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has left we cannot redirect it.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 25 days, email us and we will send a replacement at no cost.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check with your neighbours and your local depot first, then email us and we will help you open a carrier claim.
